How to Avoid Employment Slavery

This is something really pragmatic. The main aim is to prepare members that grow, prosper and flourish in a pragmatic world. If you want to win the business, you must be able to understand how it works. Think deeply. Take action. Be pragmatic.

There are an awful lot of employees that are trapped by the general belief of the governmental work of limited wages. The governmental work keeps you very quiet and obedient. They promise you great success but you should know how to develop and flourish outside their governmental work. Everyday, you work 8 hours. Nothing more and nothing less. If you are a good employee, the government will look after you and protect you as well. This is the promise the government gives you. It lets you know that you are going to be protected from cradle to grave. It will protect you from criminals, provide your family with education, give you health insurance, provide you with support and help you when you retire. You do not discover the side of slavery.

Unfortunately, this is not true. The government does not fight criminals. The government pretends that it does not know the existence of drugs. It says that those matters are difficult to control. The government keeps promising that it will increase the monthly payment. This comes at a time when it is not able to determine the pension system in most cases. Why? The unions are not strong enough. Health treatment is expensive and therefore the government covers only a small part of it. So the insurance is not worthwhile.

Unfortunately lots of employees pass away before they retire. Many employees continue to be in depth which becomes larger as time goes on. The government does nothing about it.

There is one way to have access to better service. We do not mention health only. Health is very important. People must be able to afford necessary services. Most people can not afford such things. In order to be able to buy the most important things that are needed, you should be wealthy enough.

If you want to be rich, you need to know more about the commercial world. The most important thing is that you can never ever be wealthy if you work for someone else. This is a fact. Companies and businesses try to reduce monthly payment as much as they can. The less pay for workers, the more growth for the company. Lower wages means more profits for the owners of the companies. Those wages allow you to buy very basic needs and nothing more. This is the reality.

It is generally known that companies pay low wages. There are certainly few exceptions when some employees have a little bit higher payment. This case happens when the employees has special skills. It happens when the employer has scarce labour. This does not last for long because the company always searches for more employees that can have less payment. There are many unemployed workers that look for jobs. The government pays the unskilled workers a small amount of income that just enables them to survive. The unemployment is rising.

What is so much more vital to support those facts has becomes extremely important. That is simply immigration. Workers from the developing world migrate to the industrialized countries. Businesses out there hire those workers. They pay less wages for workers from the developing world. The standard of living in the developed countries is larger than standard of living in the poor countries where workers immigrate to the developed world. Government and companies depend on this for further profits at the expense of citizens.

There is economic recession in major countries. The wages continue to be low. People can not afford basic services. There is no chance of starting investment. The government promises more help. People continue to know nothing about this reality because the large companies are the beneficiaries.

The rich continues to be rich. The poor continues to be poor. The rich becomes richer. The poor becomes poorer. People are afraid to take action. People like and dislike to be in the trap of the work slavery. They are afraid of change. What is the solution?

Do you know people that become rich when they work for someone else? If yes, how many ones? I am sure that you do not know anyone. Do you know a teacher that works in a governmental school? If yes, is he or she rich? Do you know a secretary that works for a company? If yes, is he or she wealthy? I am sure the answer is not yes.

The government provides a good compensation of houses in order to play a nice game. This game aims at winning the employees. The government does not lose investment for houses. They are a good property. They are used as a source of temptation for employees to be inside the trap for as many years as works drags on. Once again, the rich continues to be richer and the poor continues to be poorer.

You know that the major payment people have is for a house. If people can not afford for this, they:

• Depend on the government.
• Have loans from governmental banks.
• Depend on mortgage.
• Depend on the bank that puts people inside the trap.

There is a fact in this condition. The fact is that the government is sure that people are going to look for another house if they sell their house. So the negative game continues. If they can not buy a house, they will rent a house.

If you want to build a house, it will cost you much. The cost of building a house is very high if compared to building houses in the past. In future prices are going to be even more higher. Are people going to be inside the trap?

If you find a good place to build a house, it will be in the countryside. Having a house in a remote area costs you time and money because you need to get to the city centre on a daily basis for work. Houses there do not cost the government very much because the government does not benefit from the countryside. Even there, you can find some restrictions that are imposed by the government.

Does the government take care of people's interests?

Some countries support the ownership of houses. They pretend that this is an advantage. It can be an advantage but you must be careful of this point. Again, people are going to be inside the trap because they are going to lose the house if they break the rules of the government. So people become under pressure more than before.

People in some counties survive by working in lands or in farms. They work for the land owner. They do not work for themselves. They just get a small payment. If they think carefully, they can have better conditions outside the slavery.

Being independent motivates people to work under a contact of a low payment. Lack of understanding of industry leads to a worse situation. An awful lot of people do not understand the real meaning of work and economy. Why not reading on this matter and learning about it in order to be free.

When prices become more and more low, the government issues new laws. For example, the Anti-Combination Law in the United Kingdom prevents people from establishing unions. The government is afraid of unions and group work because people are going to fight the injustice. When people start to have unions, they are going to be more aware and therefore they are going to change the injustice. Of course the government does not want this to happen.

Are you going to be a slave for somebody else? Do you understand how the governments create their projects and build up their structure at the expense of employees? Do you understand why the governments support immigration? Do you understand how banks work?

Why did the period of slavery end?

Because it costs money to feed the slave when there is no work.

Now there is a slavery but with a new deceptive shape.

Consider the following facts:

• Conditions remain the same without a change.
• People are afraid of change.
• Rulers neglect the interests of employees.
• Rulers pretend that they take care of the public.
• The rich continues to be richer.
• The poor continues to be poorer.
• There is a slavery in a new deceptive shape.

You can not change the situation if you want to be dependent on the government or work for somebody else.

You are either a master or a slave. Rulers are masters. Workers for somebody else are slaves.

If you want to be a master, you should have enough money. You need money. Otherwise, you can not be a master. If you want to be a master, also you will fire your job and boss so that you depend fully on yourself. In this case, you have all profits of your business. To have more money, you must have a reliable business which gives you earnings.

You should think of the following:

• Having an independent business.
• Getting out of the trap of slavery.
• Retiring quickly.
• Living in luxury for the rest of your life.
