You should know that all the terms are pretty much interchangeable. However, there are a few exceptions most importantly. Certain companies request payment from you only one time to help you find employees. Others will ask for payment from you to give you access to a database as well, but payment from you over and over each month may not be satisfactory to you if you do not achieve the goals. This can add up to a nice monthly income over time if you are willing to work hard at first and if the service is something like what you want.
